Myra is an accomplished artist in oil, pastel, and watercolor.
She is one of the founding members of the Canyonville Art
Group and member of the Pastel Society of Oregon.

In 1997 she received Judges Choice and in 1998 the Cass
Gallery Award. She has had entries juried in to the Pastel
Society Membership Shows.

Myra has studied under direction of Howard Carr, Doug
Dawson, Charlotte Abernathy, Bob Gerbracht, Foster
Caddell, and Laura Block. She is represented by Ye Olde Art
Shoppe Gallery in Myrtle Creek Oregon.

She has taught classes in both watercolor and pastel and
has participated in numerous group shows. Her original work
can be found in many private collections.
